2nd Place-Bioptimzers Magnesium Breakthrough –
This is a phenomenal blend of 7 different types of magnesium and a good value one at that great for taking before bedtime I can’t really have much qualms about this product aside from the addition of vitamin b6 . I find a weakness of this and the Bioptimizers Sleep Breakthrough tends to be the huge overload of vitamin b6 in both. So make sure prior to taking this you test your vitamin b6 levels to avoid overconsumption of b6 .
Price: This comes in at £30 for those living in the UK so on the dot £1 per serving for US based people slightly less at $30.
1st place Upgraded Formulas Magnesium :
I really found that this Magnesium Chloride blend was even more superior and beneficial to my sleep than the Biopotimizers magnesium breakthrough was . Felt it really helped with my deep sleep and lucid dreaming and for that reason it’s number one.
Price : Due to there being only one supplier in UK being Functional Self it’s pretty pricy at roughly £40 for a 30 day supply putting it at £1.33 per serving making it the most expensive magnesium per serving for UK based customers. US however can enjoy this for less at $40 dollars a serving there’s also a subscription based service available on the Upgraded Formulas website.
